Our house.  In the middle of the street.  Our house needs a lot of work, but we finally have one!  It’s got some character drawbacks.  Really the only drawback is just the size of the house.  When we order a large pizza we have to go outside and eat it.

The personality on our house had a breakdown and stopped caring somewhere around the 70′s.  Purple walls that the artist formerly known as Prince would love.  Tiled ceilings.  Wood paneling everywhere.  A lot of “that was then this is now” remodeling. 

So far.  Wood paneling has been ripped down in the dining room.  Wallpaper has had a similar fate as well.  The ceiling in the bedroom had tiled drop ceiling stapled and nailed to the wall.  The whole house looks like a foreclosure with all the demolition going on.  Slowly we are starting to see the progress.  Here are some before pictures
